Esther Kwok
Thank you, Esther Kwok, for 22 years of dedication to CMPT’s program and laboratory quality.
Esther Kwok’s career started as a medical laboratory technologist and through her work at UBC Hospital, St. Paul’s Hospital and Lion’s Gate Hospital she gained extensive experience in clinical laboratory practices and medical microbiology.
Esther’s administration capabilities and dedication have been instrumental in guiding CMPT through successful ISO 9001 certification and ISO 17043 accreditation processes that have been essential in the positioning of CMPT as an internationally recognized microbiology proficiency testing program.
Her attention to detail and hospitality skills made every Annual General Meeting an opportunity for celebration, collaboration, and innovation.
Her hard-working spirit and dedication are unmatched; her care for CMPT’s participants and her willingness to attend to every participant’s needs have been her signature. No question went unanswered, no need unaddressed.
She will be deeply missed. We at CMPT, the staff, and expert committee volunteers, are very grateful for her leadership, mentoring, and expertise.
