CMPT sets its primary goals with respect to both program issues (P) and quality issues (Q).
All goals not reached by year end, need to be reviewed, and either moved forward for completion, or be dropped with explanation.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES 2020 – 2021
Develop Action Plans associated with the new SWOT analysis
Develop new collaborative activities with European EQA
Complete R&D phase on Food Microbiology
Move forward to complete chair succession
Develop a Food Microbiology Customer base
Develop new opportunities for collaborations especially with BC agencies.
Explore developing an option for elective for Microbiology residents
Continue with Certification (ISO 9001:2015)
Continue with Accreditation (ISO/IEC 17043:2010)
Formulate the vision and strategy for next tier of succession planning
