CMPT QC/QA/Statistics: 

All samples were produced by CMPT. Samples were randomly selected for QC/QA. Statistics are not applicable in qualitative surveys. CMPT results are listed in the above table.

VRE:  Samples VR2004-4 (E.faecium) was van A positive, but van B negative. Sample VR2004-1 (E.faecalis) was van B positive, but van A negative. Samples VR2004-2 & -3 (E.faecalis) were van A & B negative. All samples were homogenous and stable for 20 days from the date of production, April 14, 2020.
