CMPT QC/QA/Statistics: 

All samples were produced by CMPT. Samples were randomly selected for QC/QA. Statistics are not applicable in qualitative surveys. CMPT results are listed in the above table.

Samples VR1904 -2, -3 and -4 (E.faecium) were van A positive, but van B negative. Sample VR1904-1 (E.faecalis) was van A & B negative. All samples were homogeneous and stable for 26 days from the date of production, April 11, 2019.
