CMPT QC/QA/Statistics: 

All samples were produced by CMPT. Samples were randomly selected for QC/QA. Statistics are not applicable in qualitative surveys. CMPT results are listed in the above table.

Samples VR1604-1 and -2 were E. faecalis vanA & B negative, sample 3 was E. faecalis vanB positive, but vanA negative and sample VR1604-4 was E. faecium vanA positive and vanB negative. All samples were homogenous and stable for 9 days from the date of production, April 19, 2016.
