Skin scrapings: Trichophyton violaceum – Shipped August 03, 2021
HISTORY
This challenge was sent as a simulated skin scrapping sample from a 10 year old immunosuppressed patient, new immigrant. Laboratories were expected to isolate and identify Trichophyton violaceum.
