CMPT QA/QC

All samples were produced by CMPT.  Samples were randomly selected for QC/QA.

Samples EP1808-1, -3 & -4 were homogenous and stable for 24 -25 days while sample EP1808-2 was homogenous and stable for 18 days. Sample EP1808-1 consisted of 4+ Escherichia coli, O157, shiga-toxin producer.

Sample EP1808-2 consisted of 4+ Campylobacter jejuni, sample EP1808-3 consisted of 4+ Yersinia enterocolitica, and no bacterial organisms were present in sample EP1808-4 and, therefore, negative for enteric bacterial pathogens. Statistical analysis is not applicable.
