CMPT QA/QC
All samples were produced by CMPT. Samples were randomly selected for QC/QA. Statistical analysis is not applicable. Unstained samples are homogenous and stable for at least 30 days at 4oC.
The AFB positive sample, AFB2010-2 and -3 consisted of 3+ (11-50/oif) Mycobacterium chelonae and Streptococcus salivarius.
The AFB negative samples, AFB2010-1 , consisted of Streptococcus salivarius and Moraxella catarrhalis.
